About us
Bryan Hilton is the founder of Atlas Coaching and has spent more than two decades helping people grow, overcome challenges, and realize their potential. For 22 years, he has served as an educator while coaching 52 seasons of high school athletics.
During COVID, he worked as a personal trainer, where he developed a deep appreciation for the power of small, consistent actions to create lasting change.
Bryan founded Atlas Coaching after recognizing a pattern throughout his years of teaching and coaching: most people don’t struggle because they lack knowledge—they struggle to consistently live in alignment with the person they want to become.
His coaching philosophy is built around helping clients close the gap between their values and their daily actions through purpose, accountability, and intentional growth.
A lifelong learner, Bryan holds two bachelor’s degrees and two master’s degrees and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He believes that continually growing in his understanding of human behavior, motivation, and personal development allows him to better serve the people who place their trust in him.
Originally from Michigan, Bryan and his wife Diana now live in Missouri, where he has raised three children and enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren. His experiences as a teacher, coach, father, and lifelong student continue to shape his belief that lasting fulfillment comes not from perfection, but from becoming the person you were created to be—one intentional choice at a time.
When Bryan is not teaching or coaching, he loves running, reading spending time with his wife, Diana and serving alongside our church community. Bryan is also a lifelong Michigan Wolverines fan. These interests keep him grounded and remind him that a meaningful life is built not only through achievement, but through faith, relationships, lifelong learning, and the simple moments we share with the people we love.
